Terms of Service

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Who we are

Facts Not Vibes publishes short educational videos about health and space, sourced to major agencies and peer-reviewed research. These terms cover this website (factsnotvibes.com) and the accounts we operate on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Using this website

This site is a static informational page. You may browse and read it freely. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the site or its infrastructure.

Our content

Every video is checked against the sourcing standard described on our homepage: a major agency, systematic review, or meta-analysis, never a single study, blog, or news article. Health content is general education, not medical advice, and does not replace a conversation with your doctor.

Third-party platforms

Our videos are also published on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service, not ours. We only use each platform's official tools to publish our own content to our own accounts.

Intellectual property

Our scripts, branding, and original video content belong to Facts Not Vibes. Background footage used under public-domain or licensed terms (such as NASA imagery) remains subject to its original license.

No warranty

This site and our content are provided as-is. While we hold every claim to a strict sourcing standard, we make no guarantee that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
